ERICA ENDYKE / FOUNDING ATTORNEY
Erica is the visionary behind the establishment of 20West Legal. Inaugurating the firm's doors back in 2018, Erica intentionally designed the practice around a relationship-centric approach, a notable departure from the conventional transactional model prevalent in estate planning law firms. Within Erica's practice, the emphasis lies in spending quality time with clients, offering education and guidance to empower them in crafting personalized plans that align with their unique needs, desires, and aspirations. Erica's commitment to her clients extends far beyond the mere provision of legal documents. She maintains an ongoing connection with them, ensuring that the plans they have in place remain effective and adaptive as circumstances evolve. While clients may initially arrive as strangers, they inevitably depart as cherished friends.
Erica earned her degree with honors from the University of Vermont and completed her J.D. at New England Law in 2006. In addition to her role as an attorney, Erica is a devoted mother of twins, a loving spouse, a passionate runner, and an engaged member of the Sudbury community. Her zest for life also includes a love for travel and the comforting embrace of her black Labrador puppy. Erica fully understands the demands of a busy life and strives to balance her various roles with dedication and enthusiasm.
BARBIE FOISY / CLIENT SERVICE DIRECTOR AND FUNDING COORDINATOR
Barbie Foisy joined the firm in March of 2021 as the Firm’s Client Services Director and Funding Coordinator. She looks forward to welcoming you to our firm and working with you to address your family’s individual needs.
Prior to joining 20West Legal, Barbie spent 15 years in a managerial role at a local business. Barbie isn't just the most loyal and dedicated person ever, she's the firm’s “master of everything” as she keeps everyone and everything in order!
Barbie is a resident of Framingham, a mom to three, an avid gardener, and lover of live music.
JOANNA YAUCKOES / LEGAL ASSISTANT
Joanna Yauckoes joined 20West Legal in May of 2022. As a legal assistant, she takes pride in making sure that all information is complete and accurate to ensure a smooth process for clients. From the beginning stages to the very end, Joanna's promises to provide attention to detail and efficiency to all our clients.
Joanna is currently residing in Sudbury with her husband, 3 children, and dog Charlie. When not working Joanna enjoys attending her children's sporting events, playing tennis, and spending time with friends and family.
