Cancellation policy

Planning for the incapacity or death doesn't have to come with surprises, but cancellations sure do! Remember, we're here to help you plan your estate, not your schedule. We understand that emergencies come up, but just as we prioritize your future, we kindly ask for the same courtesy for our time.

Below is our cancellation policy:

Meetings that are scheduled to last in excess of 45 minutes

24 hours notice required. Failure to provide 24 hours notice of cancellation will result in a $250 fee.

Meetings that are scheduled to last less than 45 minutes

24 hours notice required. Failure to provide 24 hours notice of cancellation will result in a $150 fee.

Signing Meetings

Once you entrust us with your needs, our team kicks into high gear. We're diligently crafting a plan tailored to your wishes, desires, and goals. This involves extensive coordination, often resulting in printing hundreds of pages, each meticulously dated for your agreed-upon signing date. Should you need to reschedule within 5 days of your appointed time, please be aware that 20West Legal reserves the right to charge $500. This covers the effort and resources required to recreate and reprint your document set.
